Select the mailbox that contains the documents you wish to delete.

Note

Select to display the previous five mailboxes and select to display the next five mailboxes. You also
can access a Mailbox by using the numeric keypad to enter the two-digit mailbox number in [Go
to], and then select the [Go] button.

4.

Select [Document Delete] on the [Destination] screen.

Note

Once the documents are deleted, they cannot be recovered.

The [Mailbox - Delete] dialogue will display.

5.

Select [OK].

All documents in the mailbox will be deleted, and a confirmation message will display.

6.

Select [Close] on the [Confirmation] screen.
