Cover Paper
Use this option to select the tray required for the cover stock.
Annotation
Use this feature to add a comment, page number and a date to your copy output.
Select any or all of the annotation options and specify where on the copy output they
should appear. The Annotation feature enables you to organize groups of copied
output by marking them with related information such as Confidential or a Company
name.
Options:
Off
The feature is switched off.
On
Use to enable the Annotation feature.
Annotation On options are as follows:
2 Sided
Places the first two images of the original set on the front and back of the
front cover. The back cover will use the last two images in the job.
2 Sided, Rotate Side 2
Produces 2 sided covers with the second side rotated to enable a “head to
toe” style output.
Format
Use to select whether your originals are Portrait or Landscape . Select the
Font Size required for your annotation, from 6 - 18 point.
Select Opaque or Transparent to specify the appearance of the Annotation.
Date
Prints the current date on your copy output. The date printed is the current
date set in your machine.
Select
Top or Bottom for the date location.
Select Left , Center or Right for the date position.
Select the date format required and the pages you want printed with the
date.
