Quick Reference Guide 

Scan

Network Scanning

 is an optional feature which is only available on the 

WorkCentre 

Pro

 model. If 

Network Scanning

 has been enabled, an electronic file can be created 

from a hard copy original. The scanned document is converted to an electronic file 
and stored electronically. The electronic file can be filed, faxed, or distributed 
through e-mail.

This chapter contains information about the options available within
