Quick Reference Guide

Output

Output

is used to select the finishing requirements for the job. The options will

depend on the finishing output device installed.

HINT: For an explanation of all the finishing devices available refer to “Finishing
Devices” on page 2-14.

Options:

Collated

Select

Collated

for output stacked in sets to match the sequence of the originals.

Uncollated

Select

Uncollated

for output sorted into stacks of individual pages.

Hole Punching

This option is available if your machine is equipped with a finisher and

3 Hole Punch

. Each sheet is drilled individually, so there is no limit to the number

of sheets in the set. Additional

kits can be purchased as an option. Only

kit can be fitted at one time.

Hole punching can only be selected for 8.5 x 11" long edge feed and 11 x
17"paper.

NOTE: Some stapling options can be used in conjunction with Hole Punching.

The

options are as follows:

No Staples

The output will not be stapled.

Single Staple

Use this option to add a single staple to your output.

Double Staple

Use this option to add 2 staples to your output. Staples can be added to the
Left Edge or Right Edge of your output.

This option is not available on the Basic Office Finisher.
