QAY220 All Terrain Crane Operation Manual

7-4 Auxiliary winch circuit

Max. pump displacement is 280 ml/r,

constant motor displacement is 160 ml/r.

The winch brake for winch circuit is

constant-closed type. The brake fluid is supplied

from the load ports on both ends of the motor,

and a pressure signal led out via shuttle valve

is feedback to hydraulic control change valve.

When operate the pilot control lever to control

the auxiliary winch, the main oil circuit ports

A and B make hydraulic control change valve

change flow direction. Main circuit pressure

decompressed (max. 3MPa) is used for opening

winch brake, thus normal winding or unwinding

operations may be performed.

When the pilot control lever returns to

neutral, the hydraulic control change valve is

reset by the action of spring force, as a result,

the pressure oil in winch brake returns into oil

tank through hydraulic control change valve, the

brake is activated by the spring.

Do not adjust the pressure valve on the

motor.
