QAY220 All Terrain Crane Operation Manual

3. Remove the weight from the winch rope.

4. When reeve the winch rope in the desired number of parts of line, it is not necessary to remove

the pouch socket from boom head, only remove the spring pin as shown in Fig. 14 and pull out the rope

from the socket, and then spool the rope around boom head and the pulley of hook block. After reeving,

install the rope into the pouch socket, and insert the spring pin and secure it with clamp.

5. Reeve the winch rope in the desired

number of parts of line.

When pulling out the winch rope, run the

winch and pull the rope by hand.
