Modem Settings
If you select
Modem
as your
Internet Connection
type
you must then input your Internet Service Provider’s
details on the
Edit Modem Settings
screen.
Note
: After making changes to any of the
Connection
Setting
s screens, you may be prompted to restart your
Audio Server in order for the new settings to take effect.
TV SETTINGS
This section is used to specify if your Audio Server is
configured for PAL or NTSC use.
Note
: your Audio Server will be set to
NTSC
by default.
You may need to amend this setting if the TV user
interface is not displayed, or displayed incorrectly on
your television screen.
USER INTERFACE SETTINGS
The options on this menu allow you to change the
settings that affect the way the user interface is
displayed.
Use this screen to select the language of the television
user interface.
Note
: The language of the front panel user interface
cannot be changed.
This screen also allows you to enable or disable the hints
that appear at the bottom of some of the screens in the
user interface.
The Screensaver
The Audio Server is equipped with a screensaver which
will activate when the unit remains idle for a specified
period of time. On this screen, you may choose to
disable the screen saver or alter the time delay before it
activates.
Note
: It is strongly recommended that you leave the
screensaver enabled if you are using a plasma or rear
projection television to display the user interface.
SYSTEM INFORMATION
The
System Information
screen displays information
about the configuration of your Audio Server, such
as the serial number and the version number of the
software currently running.
You may need to quote this information if you contact
your dealer or installer for technical support.
On this screen there is a also a
Reset System
option
available by pressing the
M
key on the remote control.
Select this option and press the
O
Reset Defaults
key to
return your Audio Server to its default factory settings.
You can also choose the
M
Clear Content
option to
remove all the music from your
Library
.
If you choose to clear all the content from your
Library
you will be asked to enter a password to confirm your
action. The password is
ResetMyMusic
.
Note
: If you perform either of the above two actions,
you will not be able to reverse their effects.
