proVEOS User Manual

Notice Board message

: The message to be displayed

Click the

Submit

button to schedule the message in the queue.

Note:



Once a message is displayed, it is automatically deleted from the list.

Approving Queued Messages

Submitted messages go into a queue. These messages need to be approved

before they are displayed.

Click the

Approve Pending e-Notices

link at the top-right corner. A list of

queued messages is shown.

To approve a message, click the

Approve

link beside it.

Reports

The

Report

toolbar button brings up a list of Activity Reports that store events

and technical details recorded by proVEOS during the course of operation.

Six reports are available:



Gateway Activity Log

: Records the communications between proVEOS

and the projector



Webadmin Activity Log

: Records the actions performed by users



Projectors Usage (based on Lamp Life)

– Top 10

: A list of the 10 most

used projectors based on lamp life



Projectors Usage (based on Lamp Life)

– Least 10

: A list of the 10

least used projectors based on lamp life



SMS Alerts

: Records the alerts sent out via SMS



Mail Alerts

: Records the alerts sent out via email
