proVEOS User Manual

After logging in, the main menu toolbar is shown:

The buttons in the main menu toolbar are split into following five groups:



User Management

: Manage user Groups and User Accounts



Gateway Management

: Manage projectors and replace the display

background



Device Control/Alerts

: Schedule alerts, send notices and commands to

the projector, view reports and logout from the web admin



Utilities:

This section provide you to active directory settings, keep

recording session, view activity log report, update gateway and upload

media in media library.



Logout:

user can logout from the web admin, Reboot/shutdown the

gateway

User Management

User accounts on proVEOS allow participants to sign in and make presentations,

and if allowed, to manage Connect Me via the web admin.

User Groups

Each user can belong to one or more groups.

A few groups are predefined, each with different access rights to perform

different actions on proVEOS.

The following access rights control the actions that can be performed in the web

admin:



Administrator

: Log in to the web admin and manage proVEOS
