Scheduling Playlists
Playlists are assigned a start date and time to begin running.
To schedule a playlist:

Check the playlist on the left

Click the
Add
button to add them to the schedule on the right

The
Playlist filter
and
Schedule filter
drop-down lists will
narrow down the playlists and schedules displayed according to specific
criteria

The
Select
drop-down list chooses the template to display the playlist

The
View
button displays a preview of the template

Click the
Date and Time
button to display a calendar and set when
the playlist should run
Click
Finish
button to complete the process.
Note: Notice Board will not run at gateway if proVEOS configured with
wowVEOS (HQ Server). In this case, to run notice board user should schedule it
from wowVEOS only.
