8-1.  와이어  송급전동기의  제어회로 

          Wire  transmission  motor  control  circuit

    이  회로는  싸이리스터에  의해  직류타려자  전동기의  전기자에  인가하는  전

압은  제어해서  아크전압을  연속적으로  조정가능하게  하고  더구나  아크전압

의  약간의  변동에  대해서도  와이어  송급속도(전동기의  회전속도)를  민감히 

반응시켜  아크전압을  항상  일정하게  유지시켜  목적을  완수합니다.

    이하  이쪽의  그림에  있어서  동작원리를  설명합니다.

1)  아크전압  제어   

      전원전압의  정반  싸이클에는,  단상  트랜지스터  UJT의  베이스  B1,  B2  사

      이에는  다이오드  DR1,  정전압  다이오드  VRD1에  의해  회로에  표시한  사

      다리꼴의  전압이  변합니다.  (이것은  위상  펄스발생회로에  있어서  펄스위

      상을  안정하게  제어하는  것과  함께  위상  펄스의  동기를  얻습니다.)

      이때,  C1은  회로에  표시한  것처럼  트랜지스타  TR의  임피턴스  Z와  콘덴

      사  C1의  용량  C로  정할  때  정수  CZ로  충전시키고,  C1의  단자진압이  단

      접합  트랜지스타  UJT의  피크  전압  Vp에  달하면  UJT의  E,  B1간은  도통

      하고,  콘덴샤  C1에  축적된  전하는  펄스  트랜스  PT를  통해서  근간에  방전

      합니다.

      이것에  의해  SCR1  GATE에는  회로에  의한  펄스전류가  흘러  SCR1은  점

      호하고,  전동기로  전원전압을  인가시킵니다.  SCR1은  한번  점호하고,  애

      노드A와  캐소드  K부의  사이는  케이트에  펄스전류가  흐르고  있어도  도통

      을  계속합니다.

      SCR1의  점호위상은  트랜지스터  TR의  임피턴스  Z를  변화시키는  것에  의

      해  조정할  수  있습니다.  트랜지스터  TR의  임피던스  Z는  아크전압과  전동

      기의  역기  전력의  차(Val-Vml)압력에  비례하여  베이스  전류에  의해  변화

      합니다.

      따라서,  (Val-Vml)가  증가하면  베이스  전류가  증가하고,  그  결과  Z가  감

      소해,  SCR1  점호위상이  전진합니다.  (Val-Vml)가  감소하면  그  역동작에 

      의해  점호위상은  물러납니다.

2)  아크  전압  제어     

      지금,  WVC1에  의해  아크전압을  어느  인정치에  SET한  경우에  어딘가의 

      원인에  의해  아크  전압이  SET치보다  높게  되어  있습니다.  이  때  (Val-
