1. Use a forklift or other suitable lifting means to
set the oven body onto 4x4" blocks oriented
as shown. Refer to DISASSEMBLY section of
manual for disassembly instructions.
2. Insert the left & right Pickeye Inserts of the
Lifting System into the forklift pockets from
the oven front.
3. Loosely bolt each Pickeye Insert to the
forklift pocket as shown in the cut-away
view to above.

Moving a disassembled Bistro oven through a narrow door or passageway
using the optional lifting system
An optional Lifting System is available from Wood Stone to facilitate tipping the oven body onto its back and
lifting it. When turned on its back, the upper oven portion of Bistro or Phoenix models 4343, 4355 and 4836 will
be approximately 32 inches wide. This will allow for easier access through small passages. Note: The 3030 is 30"
wide without tilting.
4. Attach the Crosspiece using the
hardware provided. See drawing
below for placement of bolts.
Tighten all Pickeye and Crosspiece
bolts.

5. Install a clevis in the Top Hole of each
Pickeye Insert of the Lifting System.
