MF130 Moulder – Safety Device Inspection

Safety device on the machine which must be checked before every shift:

1. E-STOP button and its circuit inspection

 

Use “I” button (B) to start the Main Motor. The motor should start.

Press the E-STOP button (A) located on the control box. The Main motor should be stopped.
Pressing the “I” button should not start the motor until the E-STOP button is released.

Release E-STOP button. Use “I” button to start the Main Motor. The motor should start.
