4.1

Pre-Operation Check

IMPORTANT! 

Before starting to use the MF130 Moulder you have to

meet the following conditions:

 Set up the MF130 Moulder on firm, level ground and level the machine. Secure the machine

to the ground to prevent moving during operation. A cement pad with 8-10 mm diameter
anchor bolts is recommended. 

 The MF130 Moulder can be operated indoors with the sawdust collection system only.

 The MF130 Moulder must not be operated when it is raining/snowing and in case of rain or

snow the machine must be stored under roof or indoors.

 The MF130 Moulder can be operated in temperatures ranging from -15

o

C to +40

o

C only.

The illuminance at the operator's position should be at least 300 lx

 The operator’s position and E-Stop button location are shown below. 

See Figure 4-1. 

 

See table 4-1. 

 Have a qualified electrician install the power supply (according to EN 60204

1. The light source must not cause the stroboscopic effect.
