Adjust the blade guide arm to 1/2" (15 mm) from fully open. Remeasure

the distance from the blade guide mounting block to the bed rail. This measurement
should be 15" (375 mm) or slightly higher because the saw head is tilted up 1/16"
(1.5 mm) on the outside (

). If the measurements are not the same,

adjust the blade guide arm vertically.
