Blade Guide Arm Alignment

SAWMILL ALIGNMENT

After tightening the blade guide arm rollers, check that the arm is aligned properly.

With the arm adjusted 1/2" (15 mm) from fully closed, measure the distance between the
blade guide roller and the blade.

See Figure 7-26.

Adjust the blade guide arm to 1/2" (15 mm) from fully open and remeasure the distance
from the blade guide roller to the back of the blade. The two measurements should be the
same. If not, adjust the horizontal tilt of the blade guide arm.
