2. Inspection of the control circuits with the E-STOP button pressed



Turn on the blade motor;



Press the E-STOP button located on the left side of the control box. Blade motor should be
stopped.



With E-STOP button pressed try to move the saw head up and down (using switch and setwork
buttons) and forward/backward using power feed switch. Both systems shouldn’t start.



With E-STOP button pressed try to start the debarker blade motor and move the debarker arm
in and out. Debarker shoudn’t work.



With E-STOP button pressed try to move the blade guide arm in and out. Blade guide arm
shoudn’t work.

3. Blade cover safety switch and its circuits inspection



Turn on the blade motor;


