Brownie Bundts with
Salted Pretzel
Makes 10 brownie bundts
INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup unsalted butter
4 ounces semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup small salted pretzels, crushed
METHOD
1.
Combine butter and chocolate in a large microwave-safe bowl.
2.
Microwave for 1 minute then stir until chocolate has completely melted.
3.
Whisk in the vanilla and sugar then blend thoroughly.
4.
Whisk in the eggs, salt, flour and pretzels.
5.
Preheat appliance until Green Ready Light illuminates.
6.
Pour 3 tablespoons of mixture into each Lower Mold.
7.
Close Lid and bake for 6 minutes.
8.
Remove using a nylon or wooden spatula then repeat with remaining
mixture.
9.
Serve as desired.
Easy Fried Egg
Makes 2 fried eggs
INGREDIENTS
2 large eggs
Kosher salt and fresh pepper to taste
METHOD
1.
Preheat appliance until Green Ready Light illuminates.
2.
Crack one egg into each Lower Mold.
3.
Close Lid and bake for 3 minutes.
4.
Remove using a nylon or wooden spatula.
5.
Season with salt and pepper before serving.
