Clamping screw / clamping bolt not moving freely
Remove these parts and clean / lubricate as described in 6.1

Clamping screw / clamping bolt seized up, system does not open

Taking out of service
The clamping device and all accessories can be disposed of as scrap metal without any.

Appendix
9.1
Assembly drawing
Release the clamping screw as far as
possible, use plastic hammer to tap on
the clamped component from the side
opposite the clamping screw.
This should free the clamping bolt so
that it can be operated again.
Check the system.
