WATER SYSTEM DRAIN VALVE LOCATIONS
SYSTEM
DRAIN VALVE LOCATION
Water Lines:
Remove two (2) water line caps in the water service center.
(Model 40KD has additional drain valve in rear compartment on
right side of coach.)
Open exterior shower faucet and lay shower head on ground.
Also, to drain any water left in the city water line, place the tip of
your finger inside the city water connection and gently press the
backflow valve (small “button” in center of connector).
Water Tank:
One (1) T-handle valve in the water service center or in a passen-
ger side compartment door (mid-way down), depending on
model. Pull to drain.
Water Heater:
Drain plug on outside of coach, behind service door. (Location
varies by model.) Use socket to remove drain plug.
Winterization Valve 1:
(Water Heater Bypass)
Model 40FD: Behind pull-off panel below linen cabinet.
Model 40KD: In right side rear storage/battery compartment.
Model 40TD: Behind cabinet door below washer/dryer.
Winterization Valve 2:
(Antifreeze Siphon)
Valve with clear vinyl siphon tube is located in the water service
center.
