If you deny the accuracy of your personal information stored with us, we usually need time to verify this. For the duration
of the verification, you have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data.

If the processing of your personal data is unlawful, you may request the restriction of data processing instead of its
deletion.

If we no longer need your personal data, but you need it in order to exercise, defend or enforce legal claims, you have
the right to demand that your personal data be restricted instead of being deleted.

If you file an objection in accordance with Art. 21 (1) GDPR, a balance must be established between your interests and
our own. As long as it is not clear whose interests prevail, you have the right to demand the restriction of the processing
of your personal data.
If you have restricted the processing of your personal data, this data may only be used with your consent - except for its
storage - for the purposes of the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims or to protect the rights of another natural or
legal person or for reasons of important public interest of the European Union or a Member State.
Right to data portability
With regard to data that we process on the basis of your consent or in the context of contractual fulfilment, you have the
right to have said data transferred to yourself or a third party in a standard, machine-readable format. If you require the
direct transfer of data to another responsible person, this will only be done to the extent that it is technically feasible.

Access rights of the APP
In order to provide our services through the APP, we hereby inform you that we do not require access to your device.

Collection of personal data in the context of APP use
General
When you use our APP, we collect the following personal data from you:

E-mail address (stored in the master, Winkhaus has no access to it).
•
Bluetooth ID of the master is stored on the smartphone.
The processing of this personal data is necessary in order to ensure the APP functionality. The legal basis for this data
processing is our justified interest in accordance with Art. 6 (1f) GDPR, your consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1a) GDPR or
– if a contract has been signed – the fulfilment of our contractual obligations (Art. 6 (1b) GDPR).
The storage period for the data acquired as a result is regulated as follows: E-mail address is stored in the master and can
be deleted at any time.
Enquiries made within the APP, by e-mail, telephone or fax
If you contact us (e.g. using the contact form within the app, by e-mail, telephone or fax), your enquiry, including all resulting
personal data (e.g. name, enquiry, asset number) is stored and processed by us for the purpose of processing your request.
The processing of this data takes place in accordance with Art. 6 (1b) GDPR, if your enquiry is related to the fulfilment of a
contract or if it is necessary to carry out pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing takes place based on
your consent (Art. 6 (1a) lit. a GDPR) and / or based on our justified interests (Art. 6 (1f) GDPR), because we have a justified
interest in the effective processing of enquiries sent to us. The data sent by you to us using the contact form remains with
us until you ask us for its deletion, revoke your consent to storage or the purpose for the data storage is omitted (e.g. after
completion of your enquiry). Mandatory statutory provisions - in particular statutory retention periods - remain unaffected.
We will not share your information without first obtaining your consent.
