Install software update on the reader

Install software update on the reader

Tip

Once the update of the Masterkey is
complete, the menu bar shows which locking
system components (1) the software update
can be installed on.
For readers (2) marked red in the Cylinder
menu, a software update is available.

Call up the Cylinder menu.

2.

Select reader.

Tip

There are different ways of carrying out the further
installation of the software update on the reader.
Both installation options are described below. The
prerequisites and preparation for the installation
of the software update on the reader apply in both
cases.
