TO USE THE APPLIANCE
Before first use, wash and dry the removable parts except the motor block and compressor housing
in warm soapy water. Wipe the motor block and the compressor housing with a damp cloth. Place
the appliance on a flat and dry surface.
1. Prepare the ingredients according to the respective recipe. If the ingredients must be cooked
before, do this the day before as the ice cream mass must be cooled down before filling into to ice
cream machine.
2. Mash fruits only directly before preparing the ice cream, add fruit pieces only at the end of
freezing procedure.
3. Cool the prepared ice mass resp. the ingredients in the refrigerator to a temperature of approx.
6-8 degrees.
4. Fill the cooled ingredients into the ice cream bowl. Do not exceed the Maximum filling quantity of
3/4 of the ice cream bowl volume, as the ice cream will get more volume during freezing.
5. Place the sealing ring on the upper edge of the recess.
6. Place the filled ice cream bowl into the recess of the compressor housing.
7. Place the mixer in the middle of the ice cream bowl.
8. Place the transparent lid on top and turn it clockwise to lock it in place. The opening for the refill
of ingredients must be at the left side.
