Note:
① The outside signal input terminal of the plasma cutting power source is light and electricity isolation.
The circuit control and connection please refer to the “input circuit figure”of this chapter, the outside
input to cutting machine max. Voltage no more than +24VDC.
② The output terminals of the plasma cutting power source is light and electricity isolation, rated output
voltage is +24VDC, output current less than 15mA. The circuit control and connection please refer to the
“input circuit figure”of this chapter.
③ Action signal is for option, for multi plasma power source use.
④ Choose the power of cutting machine input and output from machine or from outside according to the
CNC system. The plasma power source provide voltage is +24VDC, max.output 200mA. When outside CNC
system offer input and output power require the max.output current no less than 200mA.

When one CNC cutting table work with multi plasma power sources, the multi plasma power
source control cable connect socket X6 of the first power source and socket X5 of the second
power source, the X6 of the second power source with the X5 of the third power source,
same way to the following power source connection. The multi source control cable signal is
same as the power source control cable to CNC.
Note: the cable must be with 360°shield to ensure the two terminals of the shield connect with the
machine cover, to get best shield.
