10.5. REAL-TIME GRAPH
After SCAL Download: Problems with Real-time Graph
After downloading the SCAL, keying off, and keying back on, this error
occurs when using Real-time Graph.
a. Key off for 1 minute and key back on.
b. After keying back on, click RESET at the bottom right hand corner of
WEST.
c. Re-download the SCAL.
10.5 Real-time Graph
During Data Logging: WEST Freezes.
During data logging, WEST freezes.
a. The data cannot be recovered.
b. WEST should be shut down using the Windows Task Manager by
pressing the Ctrl , Alt , and Delete keys at the same time.
c. In the screen that appears, click on Task Manager .
d. In the Task Manager window, choose the applications tab, and choose
WEST. When WEST is selected, click “End Task”.
e. Restart the computer. Resume data logging, see Section 5.6 - Real-time
Graph .
During Data Logging: Computer Freezes
During data logging, the computer freezes.
a. The data cannot be recovered. Turn off the computer by holding down
the power button until the computer shuts off.
b. Ensure that the computer power cable is connected properly, and start
the computer.
c. Resume data logging, see Section 5.6 - Real-time Graph .
