Adjustments
Tilting the Bench Drill Assembly
The bench drill assembly can be tilted up to 45° in clockwise direction and up to
90° counter clockwise.
1. To adjust the inclination angle, first loosen the right clamp bolt (E
1
).
2. Pull out the lock pin (87) that is situated on the left side of the headstock and
turn the pin up to 90°.
1. Finally tilt the bench drill assembly to the desired angle. With the marking line
on the column you can read the inclination angle on the degree scale (90).
Tighten the clamp bolt again.
2. To turn back the bench drill assembly to the basic position, first loosen the
clamp bolt (E
1
), and tilt the drill assembly back. Re-tighten the clamp bolt.
Turning the Bench Drill Assembly
1. Unscrew the left clamp bolt (E
2
) on the bench drill assembly and turn the
headstock into the desired position.
2. Tighten the clamp bolt.
Horizontally Moving the Bench Drill Assembly
1. To move the bench drill assembly horizontally on the horizontal column, fist
loosen the right clamp bolt (E
1
).
