Before Use
Remove all packaging from the unit and the accessories. Do not leave
packaging materials lying around; plastic bags may become a deadly toy
for small children.

lean all parts as described in the chapter “Cleaning”.
Assembling the Stand Mixer
– (Using the Mixing Bowl)
1. Press the releasing lever (3) upwards
until you hear a click sound. Lift up the
lifting arm (4).
2. Attach the splash guard (12) on the
mixing accessory you intend to use in
order to avoid dough or other food into
the agitator.
3. Insert the intended mixing accessory
with the mounted splash guard into the
agitator. Push the mixing accessory up
to the end upwards and turn the mixing
accessory counter clockwise in order to
fix it in place. Make sure the mixing
accessory is properly mounted.
4. Place the mixing bowl (11) onto the
base. For engaging the mixing bowl,
turn it clockwise (in direction LOCK)
until the protruding parts on the bowl fit
into the provided notches on the base.
5. Push the releasing lever (3) upwards and push down the lifting arm
(3). The stand mixer is now assembled and ready for use.
6. Place the transparent cover (1) on the mixing bowl and make sure it
fits probably.
