NOTICE
Only use genuine spare parts of the same type! Material damage or
personal injuries may result when using other parts.
Any liability for damage or injury proven to be the result of the use of
non-genuine spare parts is excluded.
Maintenance performed by authorized, trained and qualified staff
WARNING!
Danger to persons from maintenance work that has
not been carried out!
If maintenance work is not carried out, it can lead to
material damage or personal injuries!
– Maintenance work may only be carried out by per-
sonnel who have been authorized, trained and
qualified by JK Products & Services, Inc.!
– The operator is responsible for compliance with
the maintenance intervals!
The maintenance work must be carried out in accordance with check-
list 1016789-.. by a JK Factory Certified Technician at the manufac-
turer or by personnel who have been authorized, trained and qualified
by the manufacturer.
The correctly carried out maintenance work must be entered and con-
firmed in checklist 1016789-..
The maintenance work must be carried out at the following intervals:
Annually or every 2000 hours, whichever is sooner.
After 5 years or 10,000 hours, whichever is sooner.
After 10 years or 20,000 hours, whichever is sooner.
Once the age of the unit reaches ten (10) years from the date of manu-
facture, its condition must be assessed by a JK-International GmbH,
Division JK-Global Service Certified Technician before use of the unit
can be continued.
Failure to have this unit assessment performed may result in personal
injury or property damage.
Any liability is excluded if use of the unit continues ten (10) years after
the date of manufacture, without the "condition assessment" having
been performed.
