7．突然停车
Sudden Stalling
故障原因
Causes
排除办法
Remedy
1）超载而是柴油机憋死
Diesel engine stalling due to overload. 1）减少使用负荷
Reduce operating load.
2）燃料供给系统故障
（1）燃油箱内燃油用完
（2）燃油中混入水
（3）燃油油路堵塞
（4）油管破裂或接头松动
（5）油泵柱塞卡死
（6）油泵弹簧断裂
（7）调速弹簧断裂
Fuel Supply System Failure
Fuel in tank use-up.
Fuel containing water.
Fuel passage restriction.
Fuel pipe fracture or loose connection.
Fuel pump plunger binding.
Fuel pump spring fracture.
Speed governor spring fracture.
2）
（1）添加燃油
（2）更换燃料
（3）检查清洗
（4）更换油管，旋紧接头
（5）拆检清洗
（6）更换弹簧
（7）更换调整弹簧
Add fuel.
Replace fuel.
Check and clean.
Replace fuel pipe and tighten joint.
Remove, check, and clean.
Replace spring.
Replace and adjust spring.
3）配气系统故障
（1）气门弹簧断裂
（2）气门卡死在导管中
（3）气门间隙过大或调整螺钉松动
（4）进气管或空气滤清器堵塞
Air Distribution System Failure
Air valve spring fracture.
Air valve binding in conduit.
Excessive air valve clearance or loose adjusting screw.
Air inlet pipe or air filter clogged.

（1）更换气门弹簧
（2）检查清洗
（3）检查并重新调整
（4）检查清洗
Replace air valve spring.
Check and clean.
Check and readjust.
Check and clean.
4）机油压力过低，油压低自动停车装置发生作用
Low oil pressure, resulting in action of low oil
pressure auto-stop device.
4）检查油压低之原因并排除
Determine and remove causes of low oil pressure.
5）主轴承或连杆轴承烧瓦，活塞卡死在气缸中
Burn of main bearing or connecting rod bearing
bush, and piston seized in cylinder. 5）拆检油管零件，更换修理
Remove and check oil pipe parts, replace or repair
as necessary.
