3．工作不稳定有熄火现象

Unstable Operation, with Flameout

3.1 调速器故障

Speed governor Failure

调速器故障表现为转速不稳定

Symptom of governor failure is unstable speed

故障原因

Cause

排除办法

Remedy

（1）调速弹簧变形
Speed Governor spring deformed.

（1）更换调速弹簧
Replace speed governing spring.

（2）飞铁移动不灵活
Fly-ball fails to move freely.

（2）修理或更换
Repair or replace.

（3）调速器拨叉固定螺钉松动
Retaining screws of governor fork loose.

（3）检查并拧紧螺钉
Check and tighten screws.

3.2 燃料供给系统
Fuel Supply System Failure
燃料供给系统故障表现为各缸工作不均衡，有个别缸产生熄火现象
Symptom of fuel supply system failure is operation of cylinders unbalances, and/or

flameout in individual cylinder(s).

排除办法

Remedy

（1）燃料供给系统内有空气
Air in fuel supply system.

（1）打开系统各部件放气螺钉放掉内部空气
Bleed air by unscrewing air bleed plugs of the
system.

（2）燃油泵各缸供油不均匀
Fuel supply from fuel pump of cylinders is non-
uniform.

（2）在喷油泵试验台上进行调整
Adjust fuel injection pump on tester.

（3）油量调节齿杆有卡滞现象
Binding of fuel-flow control toothed bar.

（3）检查并排除卡滞现象
Check and remove binding.

（4）喷油器喷油质量不好或针阀卡住
Undesirable fuel injection from injector or needle
valve got stuck.

（4）按顺序停止各缸喷油器供油，以确定故障
位置，然后拆检清洗
Stop each cylinder injector's fuel supply in sequence
to locate the failure, then remove, check and clean.

（5）喷油泵柱塞弹簧或出油阀弹簧损坏

（5）更换弹簧
