Maintenace Manual For R660 Series Diesel Engine

松开机油冷却器与机体相连的螺栓，

取下机油冷却器
Loose the bolts for connecting oil cooler
and
engine block, and remove the oil cooler

松开端盖与冷却器体相连的螺栓，

抽出芯子
Loosen the bolts for connecting end cap
and cooler body, and draw out the element.

对冷却器体进行清洗，

Clean the cooler body.

对冷却器芯子进行清洗

Clean the cooler element.

3．供油系统

Fuel supply system

更换喷油泵

Replace injection pump

拆下高压油管与喷油泵连接接头。

Remove the joint for connecting high-
pressure fuel pipe and injector
