5．柴油机内有敲击声
Diesel engine knocks.
5.1 柴油机运动件由于磨损，间隙增大而产生的敲击声
Diesel engine knocks due to excessive clearance resulting from worn piston(s) and/or cylinder(s).
故障特征

Remedy
（1）在气缸套全长都能听到轰隆
而清晰的敲击声，在低速大负荷、
转速变化及冷机起动时更为显著
Clear thundering knocks can be heard
from the full length of cylinder sleeve,
especially when engine runs at low
speed with heavy load, speed changes
or cold starts.
（1）活塞与气缸套间隙过大
Excessive clearance between piston
and cylinder sleeve.
（1）更换活塞或气缸套
Replace cylinder sleeve or piston.
（2）沿气缸上下各处均有锤击声
Hammering sound exists at the full
height of cylinder. （2）活塞环与环槽间隙过大
Excessive clearance between piston
ring and ring groove. （2）更换活塞环，必要时更换活塞
Replace piston ring, and replace
piston if necessary.
（3）当柴油机转速变化时，特别
是由高速降到低速时，气缸上部可
听到尖锐的冲击声
Sharp impact sound can be heard from
upper part of cylinder when diesel
engine speed changes, in particular
when speed is reduced
（3）活塞销与连杆小头铜套间隙
过大
Excessive clearance between piston
pin and brass bush of small end.
（3）更换连杆小头衬套
Replace connecting rod small end
bush.
（4）突然改变负荷时，可在曲轴
箱附近听到钝哑的敲击声，无负荷
时则不明显
Dull knocking sound is audible near
by crankcase when load is changed
abruptly, however, not obvious when
no load.
（4）连杆轴承间隙过大
Excessive clearance of connecting
rod bearing.
（4）更换连杆轴瓦
Replace connecting rod bush.
（5）在曲轴箱下部可听到钝哑的
敲击声，在高负荷时更为明显
Dull knocking sound is audible from
lower part of crankcase, especially at
high load.
（5）主轴承间隙过大
Excessive main bearing clearance. （5）更换主轴承
Replace main bearing.
（ 6 ） 在 齿 轮 室 外 可 听 到 强 烈 噪
音，当柴油机突然降速时，可听到
撞击声
High decibel noise is audible from
external of gear box, and impact
sound can be heard when diesel
engine abruptly reduces its speed.
（6）齿轮磨损，间隙过大
Excessive clearance due to worn gears
（6）检查并调整齿轮间隙，必要
时更换齿轮
Check and adjust gear clearance, and
replace gear if necessary.
