INSTRUCTIONS FOR REGISTRATION
After installation, you need to register your telematic device in our system. It is after registration
that your device is activated and becomes capable of the functioning necessary for the use of the
MyWebEye Service ordered by you (data collection and data transmission).
Have the following data at hand, they are required during the registration of your device:
• Unit ID (serial number)
• The make and type of your vehicle
• Year of production of your vehicle (Not the date of registration)
You can make your online registration on the web site of
entering your data.
Our staff will activate your device within 24 hours from your successful registration in the system
and notify you by e-mail on your successful registration.
Please park your vehicle in an area where GSM and GPS satellite signals are not shielded.
Please download the mobile applications of MyWebEye from Google Play Store.

registration number: 01-09-697867). This user guide and MyWebEye vehicle tracking device,
Series X, are the intellectual property of LAMBDA-COM Kft. and are copyright protected.
Copying, selling or storage of the device and its accessories is strictly prohibited.
Other products and company names mentioned here may be the trademarks or trade names of
their respective owners.
This document contains the detailed rules of the appropriate connection of MyWebEye on-board
device, its installation and proper use, which need to be complied with for the device to operate
properly and according to its intended function. The on-board device is capable of providing
positioning data and vehicle data only if it was installed proper and if there is power supply
for the device.
Any connection, commissioning and/or use not compliant with the contents of this document is
not considered proper installation, appropriate use, and neither the manufacturer, nor the distrib-
utor is liable for any damages resulting from that.
Connecting the cables
• Connect the cables to the vehicle in such a manner that the MyWebEye device is not connect-
ed to the MyWebEye cable harness.
• Fasten the cables to other cables or non-moving parts. Avoid any heat-radiating and moving
elements near the cables.
• The connection point, the MyWebEye cable harness and the MyWebEye device should not
be visible/concealed installation is necessary.
• If you break up the factory insulation, you should restore it.
• If the cables are located in a place where they could get damaged or are exposed to heat,
moisture, contamination, etc., additional insulation is necessary.
Connection of the power supply
• Disconnect the battery of the car for the time of the connection.
• Connect the power supply to the main power supply cable under constant voltage, located at
the fuse panel of the vehicle, or to a sub-branch under constant voltage.
• After the connection of the device you can re-connect the battery of your vehicle.
Connection of ignition
• Make sure that the ignition lead (ACC) is really ignition. Starting the engine does not stop
power supply. This cable is under voltage even if the ignition switch is in position 2, and when
ignition is off (position 0), it is depowered.
• Make sure that power supply remains available if you switch off any of the devices of the
vehicle.
Connection of the earth cable
• The earth cable must be connected to the metal body of the vehicle or a metal part fastened
to the body.
• If the cable is fastened by a screw, the loop must be fastened to the end of the cable.
• For a better connection, polish off the paint on the spot where you connect the loop.
Installation of the device
• Place the MyWebEye vehicle tracking device with the sticker up (see the diagram)
• Do not place the device under a metallic surface.
• It is recommended to install the device far from the radio equipment, loudspeakers and alarm
equipment of the vehicle.
• If possible, place the device onto a horizontal surface, or horizontally.
• Do not place the device in a visible or easily accessible place.
• Fasten the device strongly to the surface or to the cables.
• Do not fasten the device to heat-radiating or to moving elements.
We recommend that you place the MyWebEye device as close as possible to the window, under
the dashboard.
