Battery life
After charging your battery, it is advisable to let it sit 20 to 30 minutes
before use.
Your battery life depends on several usage factors:

The assistance mode selected
•
The weight of the rider
•
The elevation of the road
•
The tyre inflation
•
The wind
•
The pedalling effort provided
•
Start and frequency of stops
•
The outside temperature

Warning, precautions
It is recommended that the battery is charged regularly, or after each
use. These batteries do not have a memory effect.
In order to maximise the life of your battery, it is advisable:
•
To avoid hot places (ideal charging temperature 20°C)
•
Allow the battery to cool down for 30 minutes after using the
bicycle
Precautions for use:
•
Only use the battery for this bike.
•
Only use the specific charger supplied to charge
the battery.
•
Only charge the battery in a properly ventilated
area.
•
Do not expose the battery to heat or charge it in
direct sunlight.
•
Do not disassemble or modify the unit and the
battery that is built into the unit.
•
Do not connect the (+) and (-) battery connections
with a metal object.
•
Do not expose the battery to liquids.
•
Do not use a damaged battery.
