7. Tighten down the armature clamping nut using the 10mm socket and torque wrench to 50 in-lb (5.65
N-m)
8. Using the 3/8" socket, elbow and torque wrench, torque down the support plate nut to 50 in-lb.
9. Run the control wires up to the control along the same path as when removed.
10. Wire to terminal blocks as follows:
1. Grey
2. Black
3. Red
Take caution not to over tighten and strip these nuts.
Pink and orange actuator wires are not used by this control
8. Utilize cable ties to secure the wires and close the control module. Once the box is closed, re-energize
the unit.
9. Resume normal operation and observe that the actuator and valve are now working properly.
