PID Function
This integrated process control function can be used for controls such
as constant flow and control for fan and pump applications.
When using this function set A071 to 01 or assign an intelligent input
terminal to 23(PID: valid / invalid).

Select which analogue input terminals will be the feedback reference (A076).
Set the set frequency command selection with A001. (It should not be the same as the terminals
selected with A076). Or when the control terminal 01 is set with A001, the setting of AT selection A005 is
invalid.
The contents changes when O2 is selected with A006.
