Cleaning the source hexapole assembly

5. Use the 3-mm Allen wrench to fit and tighten the 3 PEEK ion block

support securing screws.

Tip:

Look through the PEEK ion block support as you tighten the

securing screws. Ensure that neither hexapole spring buckles and

touches a hexapole rod.
