11. Machine

operation

To replace the scale unit

•

Remove the machine’s side panel.

•

Disconnect the six connectors to the scale unit.

•

Remove the scale unit.

•

Install the new scale unit, assembly in reverse order of disassembly.

• Check that the dead load selector is set to 580-880 kg (machines 230-340-470) or 830-

1130 kg (machine 670).

•

Calibrate the weighing equipment, see "Calibrate the scale" under "Machine operation".
