ACCEPTANCE OF THE INSTALLED PRODUCT 

 

Acceptance of the installed product is carried out as follows:  

1) 

representative of installation contractor demonstrates security of product installation;  

2) 

notes on the product installation are made in the Product Service Record Section of the 

Logbook VZR.2115.001 LB; 

3) 

the Installation Information Section of the product Logbook VZR.2115.001 LB is filled in;  

4) 

the Certificate of Acceptance for Operation is issued.
