Guarantee certificate
A two-year guarantee should be valid for all components of ORTHOLUMM products (exception
is a one-year guarantee for the power supply) and the quality of the craftsmanship, upon
presentation of the receipt.
If the ORTHOLUMM product or its component does not function or is not operating correctly,
please contact the vendor. The deficiency shall be rectified within 45 days, as provided by
the law. After the end of the guarantee period the manufacturer is required to provide
maintenance, spare parts and mounting devices in the period which is at least three times
longer than the warranty period.
(Consumer Protection Act (ZvPot – UPBZ( - Article 20 - EU Directive. 85/374 and 1999/34 on
liability for defective products).
The ORTHOLUMM device should only be opened and serviced by an authorised person
(manufacturer). This guarantee is only valid if the device has been opened and serviced at an
authorised service centre.
