Something unforeseen can occur.

Even though your 

Volvo

 is high-quality, you may still experience faults that

must be rectified before continuing your journey. Sometimes, the fault may
be easy to find and simple to rectify but it is also possible that the cause of
the fault is difficult to locate. This chapter is intended to increase your
knowledge on the operation of the bus.
