Insufficient air flow to engine

– air filter blocked

Fit new air filter or clean the air filter. Check ventilation to
engine room.

Faulty injectors

Check/replace injector(s).

3. Coolant temperature too high

CAUSE

Coolant level in engine too low (air in system)

Fill the engine with coolant and vent the system See “Cool-

Faulty thermostat

Install a new thermostat

Clogged radiator and/or charge air cooler (TAD)
