Troubleshooting

Starter motor turns over as usual but engine does not start

CAUSE

REMEDY

Air in fuel system

Bleed the fuel system, see “Fuel system, bleeding”.

– fuel cocks closed

Open the fuel cocks

– fuel tank empty

Fill with fuel

– fuel filters clogged (due to contaminants/kerosene
