•

 

If the Vitals360® device is unable to connect to the weight scale, then the Vitals360® device shall display 
an error message. 

•

 

If the user has chosen to measure the weight using a Bluetooth weight scale, and the Vitals360® device 
has successfully paired and connected to the weight scale, then the Vitals360® device shall wait for the 
weight reading to be received from the weight scale. 

•

 

When the Vitals360® device receives a weight reading from the Bluetooth weight scale, the Vitals360® 
device shall display the reading on the screen. 

•

 

When the Vitals360® device receives a weight reading from the Bluetooth weight scale, the device shall 
convert the reading value from the measurement unit used by the weight scale to the measurement 
unit chosen by the user before displaying the reading value on the screen. 

•

 

After the Vitals360® device receives a weight reading from the Bluetooth weight scale, the device shall 
disconnect from the weight scale. 

•

 

If the device disconnects from the weight scale while waiting for a weight reading, then the device shall 
display an error message and allows the user to choose to retry connecting to the weight scale or the 
user can choose to enter the weight manually. 

•

 

If the user has chosen to enter the weight manually and the device is connected to the Bluetooth weight 
scale, then the Vitals360® device shall disconnect from the Bluetooth weight scale.
