The RMS current amplitude measurement result evaluated for each harmonic, relative to
the fundamental current amplitude measurement. Each result format is floating point, in
percent, and is always positive. TOTAL data is the mean for all phases.

The RMS current amplitude measurement result evaluated for a range of harmonics,
relative to the fundamental current amplitude measurement. The result format is floating
point, in percent, and is always positive.  This is typically used to obtain the %THD,
relative to fundamental, over a specified range of harmonics. TOTAL data is the mean for
all phases.
