Vectorizing an Image - Outline Tracing

The first image used will be the Vision business logo.

The below image is the same file, but zoomed in to see the individual pixels.

As you can see, each pixel is a specific color and the edges are not smooth. What we would like the
image to look like is shown below. The outline was given a different color to highlight that there is a
separate outline and fill on this image.
