Ejemplo.
Si se programa una temperatura ambiente de 20 °C y una tole-
rancia de 3 °C, el usuario podrá regular la temperatura solamente
entre 17 °C y 23 °C .
• DIFERENCIAL TÉRMICO.
Permite ajustar el valor del diferencial térmico .
El
diferencial térmico
es la diferencia entre la temperatura pro-
gramada y la temperatura efectiva de encendido o apagado de la
instalación . Este valor debe adecuarse al tipo de instalación para
evitar continuos encendidos y apagados . Las instalaciones con
alta inercia (por ejemplo con radiadores de fundición) necesitan
un diferencial térmico bajo, mientras que aquéllas con baja inercia
(como los ventiladores-convectores) precisan un valor alto .
Ejemplo.
Si se programa una temperatura ambiente de 20 °C y un dife-
rencial térmico de 0,3 °C, la instalación se enciende cuando la
temperatura ambiente baja a 19,7 °C y se apaga cuando llega a
20,3 °C .
