Glossary
De-learning
: Un-registering sensor with the system. System does not accept any signal from the
particular sensor.
Duress:
In case of emergency or panic situation, if user is forced to disarm the system, user is
supposed to enter duress PIN instead of disarm PIN. Then system sends alert to desired users
silently. But on the front panel it shows the disarm message.
Installer:
It’s a user with administrative rights. Installer can assign and change pins of the other
users and delete the event log.
Keyfob:
Remote control of the system.
Learning:
Registering sensor with the system. System accepts and acts upon signals received
from only registered sensors.
User:
There is provision to allow system access by 4 different users. Installer has rights to assign
pins to these users.
Wireless zone
: Zone assigned to wireless sensor. Zones from 10 to 41 are wireless zones.
Wired zone
: Zone assigned to wired sensor. Zones from 1 to 9 are wired zones.
CMS
: VCOP Gold units installed in the premises reports Central Monitoring System in case of
emergency. Operator at CMS takes the action accordingly.

: Contact ID protocol
