6. Type AWT-AC 221.A04 :
■ Slide the supplied union nuts
(

UNF for liquid line, ¾ UNF for
hot gas line) over the refrigerant
lines from the external unit.
■ Flare the refrigerant lines from the
external unit.
■ Connect the supplied reducers
with copper sealing ring to the
connection pieces (twin nipple).
■ Secure the refrigerant lines from
the external unit with union nuts to
the reducers.
Type AWT-AC 221.A07 , A10 and
A13 :
■ Slide the supplied union nuts
(⅝ UNF for liquid line, ⅞ UNF for
hot gas line) over the open end of
the refrigerant lines from the exter-
nal unit.
■ Flare the refrigerant lines from the
external unit.
■ Secure the refrigerant lines from
the external unit with union nuts at
the connection pieces.
Tighten nuts with the following torques:
