Remote monitoring with TeleControl LAN
Every Vitobloc 200 CHP unit is equipped as standard
with the TeleControl LAN module. It is used for remote
monitoring of the CHP unit and provides the operating
data via the LAN/internet.
The only requirement is a network connection with free
access to the internet at the system.
Note:
The Telecontrol LAN gets its network settings via
DHCP. The Internet connection must be able to as-
sign the IP address, subnet mask, standard gateway
and nameserver via DHCP. The Telecontrol LAN
sends UDP packets via port 3003 to the server "ess-
telecontrol.de". The Internet connection must allow
UDP packets over port 3003 direction "ess-
telecontrol.de". There are no incoming packets.
When the CHP unit is switched on, the TeleControl LAN
is recognised automatically and is operational
immediately. After commissioning, you should contact
the CHP Service department at Viessmann Landsberg
(Tel. +49 (0)08191 / 9279-60) to check whether the data
from the corresponding CHP unit is being received at
the Viessmann data server.
How to install and use the client software for calling up
operating data is described in the TeleControl GPRS /
TeleControl LAN operating instructions.
After registering as the operator, it is also possible to
access the CHP unit operating data directly via the
internet.
